There are three bedrooms in the cottage. The main house boasts a large foyer, parlour and dining room, each with its own fireplace. Both the main house and cottage are air conditioned.

The rooms are tastefully appointed in Victorian splendor and reflect the color, decorations and furniture of the 1800s. All are illuminated by San Diego's near perfect weather, which produces sun drenched window panes to brighten every corner of our home.

Garden Suite The Garden Suite is on the first floor of the cottage. This spacious, Craftsman-style suite is comprised of a sitting room, bedroom, kitchenette, and a bathroom with soaking tub, tile shower, pedestal sink and towel warmer. The bedroom has an antique iron and brass, queen bed. There are french doors that open from the bedroom onto the garden. The rate is $169 + 10.5% tax per night double occupancy.

Butler's Room The Butler's, which has a south and west exposure, is located on the second floor of the cottage and overlooks the side and back gardens. It has a queen and fold-out twin bed, a private bath (shower only, no bathtub) located just across the hall from the room. The rate is $139 + 10.5% tax per night double occupancy.

Chauffeur's Room The Chauffeur’s room, which has a south and east exposure, is located on the second floor of the cottage. It has a full-size bed, and a private bath with a tub and shower. The rate is $119 + 10.5% tax per night double occupancy.

Lush tropical grounds surround the property creating an oasis-like atmosphere. Immerse yourself in a range of flora from orchids, roses, bougainvillea, cacti and night-blooming jasmine, to towering jacaranda and banana trees. Seating areas in the garden and the front porch, afford the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful moment in either the sunshine or shade.
